Our Expertise

Trauma Therapy
Trauma Therapy

A traumatic event is any experience that overwhelms our bodies natural defenses. These events are so disruptive that that often chance us on a mental and physical level. Therefore, long-lasting and genuine healing of trauma must include a holistic approach. At the Integrative Trauma Collective, we deeply understand that trauma is unique. To combat this, our team provides a fully tailored and personalized approach to help you reach your healing goals.

EMDR

At the Integrative Trauma Collective, we offer EMDR therapy as part of a deeply integrative, trauma-informed approach. Rooted in the understanding that trauma lives in the body as much as the mind, our EMDR work gently supports the nervous system in processing stuck memories, sensations, and emotional patterns. We pair traditional EMDR protocols with somatic awareness, mindfulness, and relational attunement—always moving at the pace of safety. Whether you’re healing from a single event or the slow ache of chronic trauma, EMDR can help you reconnect with your inner resilience and create new pathways toward wholeness.

Somatic Experiencing

Trauma impacts us on a physical and psychological level; therefore, genuine healing must include an integrative and holistic approach. One of these approaches is Somatic Experiencing (SE), which focuses on the physiological impact of trauma to facilitate deep healing and achieve a more authentic version of yourself. Somatic Experiencing will help you understand your nervous system and threat response system cycles.

Couples Therapy

At the Integrative Trauma Collective, we hold couples therapy as sacred work—a space where two nervous systems come together to repair, rewire, and rediscover connection. We understand that beneath the arguments, shutdowns, or stuck patterns, there is often a longing: to be seen, to be safe, to be chosen. Our approach is attachment-based, somatically informed, and deeply relational. We help partners explore “the dance” they’ve co-created over time, with compassion rather than blame, and gently guide them toward new ways of being with one another. Whether you’re navigating a rupture, rebuilding trust, or simply longing for deeper intimacy, we’re here to help you return to the heart of your relationship—with tenderness, curiosity, and care.

Individual Therapy

At the in Integrative Trauma Collective, our focus is on deep personal understanding and long-lasting healing through a combination of individual and somatic therapeutic approaches. Our team specialize in a psychodynamic approach to therapy. At the heart of psychodynamic therapy is the belief that our past experiences shape the way we move through and experience the world. Psychodynamic therapy is about making the unconscious, conscious. It’s about uncovering the patterns that have quietly dictated your life.
