Meet

Tiffany Chandler, SEP, E-RYT

Feeling stuck in chronic freeze, shutdown, or disconnection.

Exploring ancestral trauma or intergenerational patterns.

“Do you feel numb, overwhelmed, or like you’re moving through life on autopilot? Do certain relationships, memories, or sensations leave you feeling frozen—or like your body is holding something you can’t quite name? Maybe you’ve survived trauma or oppression that left you disconnected from your voice, your power, or your sense of safety in the world. Perhaps you’ve always been the strong one, the caretaker, the survivor—and now you’re longing for space to soften, to feel, and to finally come home to yourself. These are the thresholds where I meet people—with reverence, slowness, and trust in the body’s wisdom to guide the way.”

I’m Tiffany Chandler, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, trauma-informed yoga instructor, and nervous system educator. My work lives in the Coaching & Wellness branch of Integrative Trauma Collective—offering care outside of traditional psychotherapy through somatic coaching, embodiment practices, and trauma-informed workshops.

With over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation around the world, I now specialize in somatic trauma healing, intergenerational repair, and psychedelic integration. I’ve facilitated nervous system and trauma education for organizations such as Google, Facebook, and Union Square Hospitality Group, and I love creating spaces where healing is both deeply personal and profoundly collective.

I may be a good fit if you’re:

Processing relational trauma, sexual abuse, or boundary violations.

Seeking psychedelic integration that is body-based and grounded.

Navigating a major life transition or identity shift such as divorce, loss, spiritual awakening, career change.

A sensitive or soul-seeking person longing for regulation and connection.

Services I offer include:

Somatic coaching and nervous system education

Trauma-informed yoga and embodiment practices

Psychedelic integration and harm reduction support

Community workshops and presentations on nervous system health

Group facilitation focused on regulation, connection, and healing

My work is slow, body-led, and grounded in years of study across multiple healing lineages. I hold certifications from the Somatic Experiencing Institute and Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science, with additional advanced yoga training through the Jivamukti Yoga School. I have also facilitated trauma-sensitive yoga and somatic meditation for organizations such as Google, Facebook, and Union Square Hospitality Group.

Clients working with me often describe feeling a growing sense of internal permission — to speak, to rest, to feel — and a renewed trust in their body’s signals. Whether you arrive with a clear intention or simply a quiet pull toward healing, I offer a steady presence and a trauma-informed container where your journey can unfold at its own pace.

If something in you feels called to this work, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. Together, we’ll listen for what your body, heart, and spirit might be ready to reclaim.

“You don’t have to know the whole story to begin. Sometimes the body already knows.”

Fun Facts About Tiffany

I lived in Lebanon and opened a yoga studio there

I worked in the restaurant industry in NYC for many years and love to cook. My favorite thing I've ever made was a salt baked branzino. You cover the whole fish in a giant mound of salt and herbs and have to crack it out to eat it. It was incredible!

I learned to bake my own sourdough bread this year.

One of my ancestors was a patriot spy during the American Revolutionary War and there was even an article written about her.

I was once on a TV game show
