“Do you feel numb, overwhelmed, or like you’re moving through life on autopilot? Do certain relationships, memories, or sensations leave you feeling frozen—or like your body is holding something you can’t quite name? Maybe you’ve survived trauma or oppression that left you disconnected from your voice, your power, or your sense of safety in the world. Perhaps you’ve always been the strong one, the caretaker, the survivor—and now you’re longing for space to soften, to feel, and to finally come home to yourself. These are the thresholds where I meet people—with reverence, slowness, and trust in the body’s wisdom to guide the way.”
Hello, I am Tiffany Chandler, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, trauma-informed yoga instructor, Plant Medicine Facilitator, and nervous system educator who supports clients in reclaiming their inner wisdom through the body. My approach is grounded in respect, ritual, and a deep trust in the body’s inherent ability to heal — even after profound disconnection, trauma, or ancestral wounding.
With over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation across the globe, I now specialize in somatic trauma healing, intergenerational repair, and psychedelic integration. I love to work at the intersection of the nervous system, spiritual practice, and systemic trauma — offering care that is as intuitive as it is informed.
I may be a good fit if you’re:
Feeling stuck in chronic freeze, shutdown, or disconnection and want to gently reconnect with your body
Processing a history of relational trauma, sexual abuse, or boundary violations
Navigating a major life transition or identity shift, such as divorce, loss, spiritual awakening, or career change
Exploring ancestral trauma or seeking healing from generational patterns of pain or silence
Seeking psychedelic integration support that is grounded, somatic, and respectful of altered states of consciousness
A highly sensitive, intuitive, or soul-seeking person longing for spiritual connection and nervous system regulation
My work is slow, body-led, and grounded in years of study across multiple healing lineages. I hold certifications from the Somatic Experiencing Institute and Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science, with additional advanced yoga training through the Jivamukti Yoga School. I have also facilitated trauma-sensitive yoga and somatic meditation for organizations such as Google, Facebook, and Union Square Hospitality Group.
Clients working with me often describe feeling a growing sense of internal permission — to speak, to rest, to feel — and a renewed trust in their body’s signals. Whether you arrive with a clear intention or simply a quiet pull toward healing, I offer a steady presence and a trauma-informed container where your journey can unfold at its own pace.
If something in you feels called to this work, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. Together, we’ll listen for what your body, heart, and spirit might be ready to reclaim.
“You don’t have to know the whole story to begin. Sometimes the body already knows.”

I lived in Lebanon and opened a yoga studio there
I worked in the restaurant industry in NYC for many years and love to cook. My favorite thing I've ever made was a salt baked branzino. You cover the whole fish in a giant mound of salt and herbs and have to crack it out to eat it. It was incredible!
I learned to bake my own sourdough bread this year.
One of my ancestors was a patriot spy during the American Revolutionary War and there was even an article written about her.
I was once on a TV game show
