Nervous System Coaching is a professional approach that uses principles of neuroscience & psychology to help individuals regulate their nervous system, manage stress, and improve overall well-being.

It involves understanding how factors like past experiences, trauma, and stress impact one's nervous system and then using techniques such as breathwork, mindful movement, and somatic awareness to build resilience and a greater sense of calm.  

Neuroscience-informed:

It's based on the understanding that the nervous system shapes how you feel, think, and respond to life's challenges. 

Personalized strategies:

Coaches help clients develop tailored strategies to cope with stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues. 

Mind-body connection:

It focuses on the link between the body and mind, helping you understand how physical sensations relate to emotional and mental states. 

Fees for 50 minutes sessions:

  • Standard Rate: $175

  • Sliding Scale: $135 to $175 (Limited Spots)

  • Packages: 4 sessions at $660 ($165/session) or 8 sessions at $1,280 ($160/session)

Coaching & Wellness is not psychotherapy. Instead, these offerings focus on education, embodiment, and holistic healing.

Educational components:

You will learn about how your nervous system works and how it's affected by stress. 

Movement and breathwork:

Sessions often include gentle movements and breathing exercises to help calm the body and mind. 

Somatic awareness:

You'll be guided to pay attention to bodily sensations and learn to identify patterns between physical feelings and emotional responses. 

Trigger identification:

You can work to identify your personal triggers and develop strategies for managing them long-term.

Experience a deeper sense of peace, balance, and confidence.
