Anthony Musick, LMFT
Do you feel like you’re carrying pain that no one sees? Maybe you’ve lived through chaos, grief, or betrayal—and now find yourself repeating patterns, losing your sense of self, or feeling disconnected from those around you. You might long for deep healing, but the path feels unclear, overwhelming, or even out of reach. I hold space for people who’ve lived through the impossible, and who are ready to reclaim their story in a way that feels authentic, embodied, and whole.
I’m Anthony Musick—a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with a specialty in trauma, depth psychology, and holistic healing. My therapeutic approach is warm, creative, and rooted in collaboration. I draw from Jungian, Indigenous, and Buddhist psychologies, along with evidence-based practices like Somatic Experiencing, IFS, and mindfulness. For years, I worked in dual-diagnosis treatment centers, supporting individuals navigating addiction, anxiety, complex PTSD, grief, and major life transitions. These experiences taught me how resilient the human spirit can be—and how healing becomes possible when we’re truly seen and supported.
In addition to trauma and relational healing, I specialize in psychedelic integration and harm reduction. I offer a safe and grounded space for those exploring or recovering from altered states of consciousness—whether through ketamine-assisted therapy, plant medicine, or other psychedelic experiences. Integration work can help you make meaning of what emerged, stabilize your nervous system, and connect insights to lasting change. I approach this work with deep respect for the sacred, the shadow, and the transformative potential of expanded states of awareness.
I bring a grounded presence and a playful curiosity to my work, honoring the wisdom of the body and the psyche. My clients often describe feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, shame, or disconnection. Together, we uncover the roots of these patterns, reconnect with the parts of you that were once silenced or forgotten, and build the capacity to feel more alive, resourced, and at peace.
I specialize in:
Survivors of complex or intergenerational trauma—including Native American and BIPOC clients
People in recovery from substance use, compulsive behaviors, or codependency
Individuals processing spiritual abuse, loss of identity, or existential grief
Adults who feel stuck in repetitive relationship patterns
Couples looking to rebuild connection and trust
People navigating grief, depression, anxiety, or chronic inner emptiness
Those seeking support around psychedelic exploration, integration, and harm reduction
My goal is never to fix you—because I don’t believe you are broken. Instead, I walk beside you as you reconnect with your inherent worth, dignity, and sacredness.
Healing begins when your story is honored. Let’s begin there.
