Meet
Dr. Jennifer Arias Psy.D, LCP
I’m Dr. Jennifer Arias, a bilingual clinical psychologist (Psy.D.) and relational therapist with a passion for helping people reclaim a sense of joy, safety, and connection. I work with individuals, couples, and families across cultural backgrounds and career paths—including first-generation adults navigating bicultural stress and professionals in high-demand fields like law, healthcare, and academia.
My approach is relational and culturally sensitive, drawing from trauma-informed therapy, DBT skills, and attachment-based practices. I integrate tools like EMDR when helpful, but I believe healing is less about techniques and more about the safety and connection we build together. I integrate EMDR and DBT with culturally sensitive, relational therapy. I believe healing happens not just through insight, but through connection, safety, and learning how to be fully present with ourselves and others againI don’t believe your pain means something is wrong with you. Often, it’s a sign of what’s been missing. I’m here to help you find your way back to yourself, in all your complexity and strength.
Healing begins when we make space for your truth. Let’s begin there.
